2018年9月18日，美國賓夕法尼亞州，格倫西德：Solar Light公司宣布完成對Gooch & Housego （Orlando）資產的收購事宜，新公司將以Oprtonic Laboratories 進行運營，運營地點仍然位于美國佛羅里達州奧蘭多的工廠。Optronic Laboratories將成為Solar Light 公司的子公司。
